As the lead designer for the Case School of Engineering, my responsibilities included the concept and design of the annual reports, department brochures and Next newsletters. The annual report was the school’s primary piece used to positively influence rankings and inspire donors. The department brochures were used to recruit potential students, and Next newsletter informed alumni, donors and peers about current research at the school.
Driven was the theme for the 2013-14 Case School of Engineering annual report.
We used blurred motion photos to suggest the motivation and driving force
that engineers use to make their discoveries.
The 2017-18 Case School of Engineering annual report captured the engineer’s vision
and focus on solutions to improve humanity by incorporating graphics
and imagery that would be seen through “the engineer’s lens”.
I was the lead designer and namer of Next newsletter, which was published twice yearly.
The School of Engineering department brochures were used for student recruitment.
